Refunds + Exchanges

• We want you to be happy, and we are motivated to work together on any issues.
•Any issues with your item need to be indicated to us within 4 business days of arrival.
• If you are not happy with your sign(s) upon arrival, we will return or exchange but all shipping charges will be covered by the purchaser.
• There will be no refunds on custom orders.

Damages

Unfortunately, sometimes items can be damaged in transport. Damages must be reported to OCM within 4 days of tracked receipt. Once we asses the damage and cause, a solution will be communicated/ courier claims will be submitted. Photographs will be required for any damaged to packaging and products to process any claims.
Proper Use

NOT Recommended for outdoor use where direct weather is a factor (Moisture+Prolonged Sun Exposure).

Covered and protected by shelter is acceptable.

Installation + Safety

•Your sign is not a toy, we do not recommend letting your little ones play with/ around it unsupervised if you have any concern they could pull on it.

•Your sign will come with a keyhole inset into the back for hanging unless otherwise noted. (Signs Larger than 8x8") Shelf Sitters and 6" signs will not have keyholes.

•We recommend you use a stud to hang your sign.

•Signs CAN be hung without mounting into a stud, but this is at customer’s discretion.

•One Crafty Mother is not responsible or liable for mounting/hanging of your item or any damages due to errors or improper hanging.

• One Crafty Mother is not responsible for any injury/damages if an item is mounted/ attached incorrectly.
